Lorraine Inglis HR Smart

Lorraine began her career within the printing and manufacturing sector, where she spent over fourteen years, involved in such areas as industrial relations, performance management, induction planning, implementing best hr practices, health and safety and production productivity planning.

In 2005 Lorraine moved to the National College of Ireland where she held the position of Human Resources Manager.  During this time she has been responsible for various functions within the department, such as Industrial Relations, Performance Management, HR Policy and Processes Development, Employee Relations, Recruitment Campaigns, Systems Implementation and Strategy Development.

Lorraine holds a BA (Hons) in Human Resource Management. And is a Chartered Member of CIPD.

Lauren holds a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management and holds a BA (Hons) in Business and Arts Management. Lauren began her career as an intern in HR   Smart and once completing her Masters continued her work with HR Smart.

Lauren has successfully run a number of recruitment campaigns for our customer base, advises on IR issues and has experience of the  Workplace Relations Commission. Lauren’s experience covers all aspects of employee documentation, recruitment screening, letter of  offer, contract documentation, employee handbooks and updating polices and procedures for businesses.
